The evening brought together women from Louis Vuitton, YSL, Baccarat, Coty, NAOS, IFF, alongside independent entrepreneurs for a working session on leadership, influence, and career strategy.

The session was in collaboration with Fambition Collective. A certified executive coach, Capucine brings thirteen years of international experience across consulting and in-house roles in Europe, the US, and APAC, and helps women in leadership build clarity around their ambition and act on it.

The workshop centered on four sections. Participants explored leadership insights grounded in luxury and retail realities, worked on identifying and overcoming self-limiting beliefs, exchanged perspectives with senior HR and L&D directors, and accessed practical tools to strengthen internal influence and accelerate career growth.

The evening closed with networking over drinks, extending the conversations and strengthening connections across the community.
